Mark McAfee, CEO, Managing Member, Organic Pastures –
Founder of Organic Pastures Dairy, Mark is internationally recognized as an expert in raw milk production, and has spoken in over fifteen states and three countries on the subject. He invented the first -dietary supplements- made from fresh raw colostrum, and secured their certification from the FDA and DHS. Mark created and published the first international raw milk safety standards at www.rawusa.org. In addition, he has worked for sixteen years as an EMS paramedic, and served as marketing director and operations manager for a $30 million dollar EMS company. He is pre-med trained, and is an experienced medical educator. Mark is a licensed private pilot.
Beni Johnson, Grandmas with Muscles –
Beni and Bill Johnson are the Senior Pastors of Bethel Church. Together they serve a growing number of churches that have partnered for revival. This apostolic network has crossed denominational lines in building relationships that enable church leaders to walk in both purity and power. Beni has a call to intercession that is an integral part of the Bethel Church mission. She was pivotal in the development of Bethel’s Prayer House as well as the intercession team. Beni also carries a call to see the church become healthy and whole in their bodies, souls, and spirits. Her heart is to see the people of God live lives that are healthy and free and see them pave the way to bringing health back to the world as God intended. Her passion for people, health, and intercession have all helped to bring the much-needed breakthrough in Bethel’s ministry. Beni’s vision is to see the people of God live lives filled with joyful prayer, intercession, and complete wellness.
Elise Hawkins, Elise Hawkins Nutritional Therapy
Elise is passionate about health and wellness. As an athlete, she learned the importance of taking care of the body from an early age competing in gymnastics, snowboarding, and dance. After studying Kinesiology (the study of human movement) at Westmont College and Sacramento State University, she went on to specialize as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP#001927) with a focus in women’s nutrition. In her private practice, she devotes her time to helping people overcome nutritional deficiencies and imbalances by recognizing the bio-individuality of each client and tailoring a program to meet their nutritional needs. Elise also leads the Health, Wellness, and Nutrition life group at Bethel Church and she volunteers with her husband on the Local Church Pastoral Care team.
Katie Riddle, Riddlelove.com
Katie homesteads in Northern California with her singer, songwriting husband, Jeremy Riddle and their five, homeschooling children. She grew up in the suburbs of Orange County, CA, and has transitioned to living off the land, raising a flock of free-range chickens, Swiss dairy goats, a fruit orchard, and a 3,000 square-foot veggie garden. She considers the homestead her gym, grocery store, tanning salon, and quiet place all in one and values living intentionally, slowly, locally, organically, and being a good steward of creation. Founder of riddlelove.com, a blog filled with stories of living as a family of six in a fifth wheel for a year to pay off debt, many real food recipes, weekly menu plans with recipe links, and homesteading.
Christine Andrew, Center for Holistic Health & Nutrition
Christine Andrew received her Bachelor’s of Music Therapy from the University of the Pacific, and has been in the field of education teaching second to fourth graders for 25 years. She earned her certification in Nutrition Consultation in 2006 from Huntington College of Health Sciences after completing her internship with William Kneebone, a homeopathic doctor.Being an educator for so long, Christine has witnessed first-hand the decline of health in children and adults, due to poor health choices. She is passionate about educating people of all ages about the importance of improving their health and does so through on-going wellness classes. Currently, Christine completed training as a Breast Thermography Technician and has added Breast Thermography as an additional service to her practice. She spends her free time reading recent research in the health arena, playing with her cats, and spending time with her husband.

Teresa Conner, Gold’s Gym Vacaville
Teresa Conner has been a member of the Father’s House for over 10 years and is a dedicated and loyal Christian in our church and community. She graciously shared her love of fitness and knowledge of the Health and Wellness industry at the Living in Balance, Mind, Body and Spirit conference in 2013 at the Father’s House in Napa. She has been in the Health and Fitness Industry for over 20 years and is the General Manager at Gold’s Gym in Vacaville – which is a family owned and operated franchise. A graduate of Alhambra High School, Teresa immediately followed her passion into the field of exercise science and fitness competition. Teresa resides in Vacaville with Dave, her husband of 24 years, son Zach and her two dogs, Bailey and Buddy.
Gayle Belanger, Live Free Ministry
Gayle is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with 23 years experience in private practice. Also a Certified PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) Counselor through The American Association of Christian Counselors/Armed Forces. Her practice is based on Christian meditation, focusing on healing the inner wounds of the heart.She is a Core Member of The Fathers House (TFH.org) in Vacaville, CA. where she is a Small Group Leader, and part of the Prayer Team Alter Ministry. She is also part of TFH Counseling Ministry, where she helps train volunteer church counselors. Gayle is a native Californian, born and raised in Napa. She has been married for 29 years to Francis Belanger, who is an Air Force Retiree. Together they have 7 children, 14 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren, and two Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dogs who add a lot of fun to their home. They enjoy hanging out in their back yard and swimming with family and friends. They also love to go camping in their motor home, especially up the coast of Northern California.
