Christina Pann is a Holistic Nutrition Consultant based out of Northern, CA, but serves clients all over the country via video conferencing. She graduated with honors from Bauman College and has extensive post-graduate training in functional medicine. Christina specializes in gut health, hormones, and getting to the root cause of your symptoms-no band-aid fixes. She believes your body is AWESOME and that every moment of every day it is working to express health, but that it’s our job to ensure it’s given the right tools to do so. When she’s not meeting with clients or keeping up to date on the latest health research, Christina is hanging with her daughter Sienna Wild, husband Ryan, and pup Gunnar. She loves reading, being outdoors, live music, and all the self-care practices.

Are you wired, tired, and anxious? Do you have trouble sleeping, feel constantly on edge, and have chronic gut issues? You may be living off of stress hormones and not even know it. So many of us have faced traumatic events and prolonged periods of stress, while at the same time are not giving our bodies what they need to heal and repair. This creates a chaotic hormonal pattern of overproducing adrenaline and cortisol, our bodies primary stress hormones, leaving our bodies stuck in “fight or flight” and wreaking havoc on our physical and mental health.
In this session, I’m going to share how you can go from feeling overwhelmed, anxious and exhausted to living in balance and peace. We will be covering how to nourish your nervous system with food, the importance of not only WHAT you eat, but WHEN you eat, daily self-care practices to calm your stress response, and how your perspective and inner dialogue can help change the way you deal with stressful situations.
